I have passion, drive, and dedication to serve my community as Judge – Fort Bend 387th District Court. With 29 plus years practicing in the areas of criminal, civil, commercial, probate, and family law, my experience makes me the most qualified candidate.

Oscar believes that his life experiences, education, strong moral character, integrity and legal training makes him the best person to be the next Judge of the 387th District Court of Fort Bend County, Texas.

Oscar has been a life-long democrat and looks forward to being elected Judge of the 387th District Court in Fort Bend County. Being a Fort Bend resident for more than 36 years, he looks forward to continuing to serve the community he has called home for so long.

Community Service
Oscar has served the Fort Bend community for well over 35 years. Aside from his membership in various community and development organizations, Oscar has assisted with over 40 food bank distributions and helped with Covid-19 testing and vaccination sites. He has developed mentorship programs for youth males and started a yearly Men and Boys Conference, “Molding Great Minds,” that has grown since its inception in 2017 to serve more than 400 men and boys.
