I have passion, drive, and dedication to serve my community as Judge of County Court at Law No. 2. With 30 plus years practicing in the areas of criminal, civil, commercial, probate, and family law, my experience makes me the most qualified candidate. I believe in fair and impartial justice for all and that Judgment should not be based on one’s ethnicity, nationality, race, gender or economic status. Fort Bend is a diverse community. Therefore, “justice should look like everyone” and the “rule of law” should be applied!

Oscar believes that his life experiences, education, strong moral character, integrity and legal training makes him the best person to be the next Judge of County Court At Law No. 2 of Fort Bend County, Texas.

Oscar has been a life-long democrat, and looks forward to being your elected Judge for the County Court At Law No. 2 in Fort Bend County. Being a Fort Bend resident for more than 30 years he looks forward to serving the community he has called home for so long.

Community Service
Oscar has served the Fort Bend community for well over 30 years. Aside from his membership in various community based and development organizations, Oscar has assisted with over 35 food bank distributions and helped with Covid-19 testing and vaccination sites. He has developed mentorship programs for youth males and started a yearly Men and Boys Conference, “Molding Great Minds,” that has since its inception in 2017, grown to serving more than 400 men and boys.
